TRACK & ‘RIDE’ RULES


 

-All Riders must wear a suitably fitted Crash Helmet and off road MX Boots, Long trousers and Long sleeved top, Gloves, Goggles & Body Armour.

-No Riding in the Parking Area, please always push your bike to the safe area before starting.

-Riders are to stay on the marked , designated course and in the event of a bike breakdown please move to a safe place and if bike can’t be fixed trackside, alert a travelling marshal who will assist you back to pit area.

-It is your responsibilty to walk the track prior to the start time to view any risks or potential hazards. Please ensure you are a competent enough rider to complete any of the more advanced sections of the track. Hard sections will be clearly marked. 

-Any incidents must be reported in the first instance to a Marshal, signing in desk or clerk of the course.

-Fully trained medical staff will be present at the event.

-Alcoholic Drinks and Drugs are not permitted on site . All riders please be vigilant and report any suspisions to a Marshal or signing on desk. We reserve the right to stop anyone riding on our track if either substance is suspected. 

- Orange Hi Viz jackets to only be worn by Marshalls to prevent confusion.

-Strictly No refuelling with engine running. Taped put area must be used where fire extinguishers are available. 

-Head Cams are allowed and are worn at the riders own risk of injury to themselves or others.

-It is the rider’s responsibility to produce a well maintained and safe machine for use in the events and to comply with AMCA regulations to include; self closing throttles, clutch and front break leaver must be ball end type. A visual inspection may be carried out by a marshal 

-When safe to do so, please move to the left of track to allow faster/more experienced riders to pass and please be patient and considerate to all other riders.

-Please respect the land and surrounding areas and take rubbish home with you.

-Please keep dogs on leads at all times.

-Wristbands must be visible.

-By entering any area under the control of Ride Events (whether you are riding or not) you are giving permission to be filmed or photographed and consent that these can be used in any form of publicity.

-Each participant must sign the declaration form and hand in to signing on desk when collecting your wristband.


 

COVID 19 – RULES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT

-Please do not attend event if you are feeling unwell or have any cold or flu symptoms

-Please observe the 2 metre distancing rule whenever possible.

-Please wear a face mask at all times when not wearing a crash helmet.

-Please only travel in vehicles with members of your own family.

-Pre-paid entries only to reduce contact.
